Update to my remark earlier mentioned: I’m still making the most of the 1783, have ongoing to have continually good bottles. I enjoy it neat but when I truly feel like a bourbon to the rocks That is what I choose. (My favourite bourbon is 4 Roses Single Barrel – but that’s as well good to water down for my part!)The palate follows in the nose
